I haven't been following the game too much, but I might have to start. I'm a huge fan of the first.

release date is 11/8 so probably in stores on 11/10-11/11, most likely frys will have it 40$ on release hopefully less.

i havent played a tennis game since virtua tennis for the DC, and judging from mario golf this should be just as good if not better

I preordered it at GR about a month ago during the trade-in two get 20 bucks off a preorder release, and I also cannot wait for this game. It's not being hyped very much, but I'm a huge Mario Tennis fan and I'm sure this one will not disappoint.

I am looking forward to Mario Power Tennis. I have the first one for the Nintendo 64 and I like it.

Next to Metroid Prime 2, this is my most anticipated game for the Cube. I've always been a sucker for Mario ghost house levels and that one that takes place outside Luigi's mansion looks awesome. Super Tennis for the SNES is still one of my favorite games of all time.

Super Tennis is still the best tennis game out there, to this very day. Hopefully MPT will be even better than the original MT, which is great.

I have it preordered at GR for $29. I also agree with the earlier posts that mario tennis on the 64 was awesome... but my question is "did you play mario tennis on virtual boy?" That game was awesome too!

I loved Mario Tennis and I will definately be buying this one. Boo was my favorite character from the first, especially with that wicked serve.

I cannot wait for this one. I played the hell out of the 64 version and I still bring it out fairly often. Complete with box and all. This reminds me, I should go ahead and pre-order ASAP. Any previews of this yet?

I'm not going to get it the day it comes out, but i'll eventually wind up with it. The first one was a really good party game and this one looks even better. It's too bad they didn't come out with a follow up to the just-as-awesome GBC Mario Tennis to go along with it.

I'll pick it up when it's $20-30, just like Mario Golf TT.

I like my anime import ps2 tennis games more then any other tennis games. That's just me and a few people though. I think I'll wait for some trade in deal for Mario Tennis.

It'll be a fun 4-player game. Can't wait to break out some Wario.

As a matter of fact, I did play it on the virtual boy, and it was awesome.
Personally, I thought the virtual boy was kind of cool. I used to play the
Wario game, Telroboxer, and Mario Tennis like mad. Oh, the memories.

I think I remember playing a demo or whatever game happened to be at TRU one day long long ago.

Prince of tennis Smash Hit! 2
Prince of Tennis: Form the Strongest Team!

I watched the anime first before playing them. Again, this is opinion.
