Where's the Virtualboy, that's the only 3D consul I know of

Xbox. Don't call me an Xbox fanboy because I own a Gamecube and PS2. Name 1 ps2 game that looks better than Halo, which came out in 2001.

Nintendo 64.
Say what you will, but nothing will ever compare to the majesty of playing Mario 64, Mario Kart, Goldeneye, or Pilotwings for the first time. The N64 was my first experience with 3D gaming...and I loved it. It's always going to be the best for me, and I know that I'm not the only one who feels that way...

Dreamcast for LZIFE!!!
Ah, the joys of first playing Mario 64, quite possibly the best platformer of all time. Ever. Shut your mouth if you think anything else.

I could always find something worthwhile to play on PS2. I know it doesnt have better graphics or anything, but its got the best and most original game choices (Some could argue GC has more original games, to each his own. I dont want a flame war)

PS2, I just wish that the consoles weren't so defective. Even despite that I prefer it over any of the other ones.

Halo doesn't look very good actually, maybe you should make that challenge a little harder.

I like how 32X was lumped with Saturn for no apparent reason, but my vote goes to the PS2 (and that's before taking into account that it plays PS1 games).
By the way, if 32X is included, why not 3DO, Jaquar or Sega CD?

Of course, I voted for Xbox. Also, did you mean just the system, like the hardware? Or do you mean the whole experience you get which includes the games for that certain system, different accessories, etc.

Well, it wouldn't be much of a contest if it was hardware. Obviously Xbox would win cause of all the $ Microsoft put into the hardware.

My vote goes out to the PC, even though its technically not a console.

Actually I'd still take both the dreamcast and gamecube over the xbox based on hardware. I guess I'm a sucker for elegant design.
Too...hard...to...vote! Actually, I voted for the Cube, but it was very hard to choose.
The only correct answer is the PS1. It started the 3D revolution. There'd be no Xbox without it and Gamecube games would cost $150 each, as they'd still be using carts. While other choices in the poll are ok, just keep in mind they're WRONG.

Too hard to choose just one since they all do 3d and each does it better in some genres of gaming. I like them all though some more than others. I would probably go with PS2 since it plays my PS1 games also and has an awesome collection and some pretty good 3d stuff (i.e. Tekken tag etc.) even though it isn't the purtiest. Next would be the Gamecube tied with the Dreamcast followed closely by the Xbox only for the magnificence that is KOTOR and a few others.then would come the N64 and the Saturn, this is only when it comes to 3d gaming otherwise it would be totally different with the NGC first since it can also play GBA/GBC/GB games with the GB player, followed by some others .

Yeah, nothing compared to playing Mario 64 for the first time. It was the most polished 3d game i'd ever played up to that point.

I voted for the PSX because I love RPGs.

I went 64, since it has my most memorable "3d" gaming experiences.

PSX. N64 had some really great games too. Some great GCN games, but I can't help but feel that this console gen has been the worst yet...

If you are talking about 3D graphical prowess then there should only be 2 systems on that list, Xbox and Gamecube. Xbox is better at creating 3D games. A 3D game is about GRAPHICS horsepower and Xbox does it better. Its a technical fact. It's not even debatable. That doesn't make it the best system OVERALL (that would be PS2 with its backwards compatibility) but in regards to the question asked, nothing beats it. The question isn't "best system overall" or "system that started the 3D revolution".
