I have played the demo from the official xbox magazine and I think its awesome story seems kinda interesting and the characters look great voice acting ho hum so far on this demo . After playing through the few campaigns i think it warrants a purchase . if ur not sure get the demo.

I've had it for a week now..but I haven't opened it. I'm waiting for time to play it and on a few more reviews before I decided to keep it or sell it.

Been playing it since it arrived a couple of days ago. Excellent game in my opinion, the early stages are slightly too easy but after you get further into the game you will find some of the massive battles really fun. Decent amount of strat, action, and leveling up system.

I have online, but I haven't got a chance to play yet because I was enjoying the one player mode. I believe in the online component you level up your army making for persistant play.

If any one wants to play me sometime my gamertag is below.

My backlog is getting bigger...

KUF
Sudeki
Riddick
Breakdown
GTA III
Colin McRae 04
PGR 2
Splinter Cell: PT (I played online for a good 5 hours and that's all I've put into this game)

When Halo 2 / EQ 2 come out, I think I'm just going to stop buying games for a while. I have no time to play all of them.

I thought the single player game got kind of hard around mission 6-7. I'm stuck on mission 7 at the moment, though I haven't spent a whole lot of time on it thanks to the other dozen or so games I got recently.

I've only played it in single player mode and its fun and the game does get harder. You have to be able to hack n slash and keep track of where your troops are. I like the game a lot. I just don't like the voice overs but thats not a huge problem. If anyone wants to try Live sometime let me know.

I too have a huge backlog of games. Although the reviews for KUF have been good, they all say that there is a high learning curve. Since I dont have a lot of time to invest in one game, I decide to hold off on buying it.

Well, I really wasnt planning on buying a new game for a while, what with everything else coming out soon... But then I began to read reviews of this game, and finally broke down and bought it...

Ive put about 4 hours or so into it, and Im really enjoying it. Just...wow. The graphics are something else, and the strategy components are mixed flawlessly with the action, with great upgrades and management in between missions.

Its difficult, but in a good way. Each time you play a mission you can try different strategies, giving it great replay value. The strategy is satisfying...archers should fire w/ the sun at their backs, cavalry are most useful when charging on the flank, spearman easily dismantle cavalry, etc. It gets hectic, but its all worth it when you use the cavalry to draw hordes of orcs over the sapper's traps, while the main knight company finishes off the stragglers :D .

I agree w/ reviews that the camera can give you problems, but the minimap pretty much nullifies the problems, I think.

Pros:
Amazing strategy components
RPG style upgrades (really make a difference)
Fun hack and slash
Graphics
Soundtrack
Well-done Controls (RTS on console)

Cons:
Camera Problems
Too much to control in realtime at parts -- pause function maybe?
Terrible voiceovers -- as bad as MGS2's plot :P

May post a review later if I finish it sometime in between midterms, projects, and problem sets...
