Regardless of the complainer/s, yes, that was the point. There were some other threads near the top with Halo 2 talk, but there weren't any threads specifically about the commercial.

After everyone's watched it and talked about it, then this thread can die, and mmn can be happy.

Plus, if you combined all the Halo 2 talk or GTA talk into one thread, you'd have an enormous thread that fewer people would read. Who wants to read 18 pages of postings except the few people who posted early on?
