Also in store as well

The Xbox version is $12.99 and worth it. If you have a choice get the Xbox version because it has two extra levels and better waves.

It's not a bad game, but $13 for used copy isn't a very good deal. It's the same price at gamestop and eb.

Yeah, I picked this up for $5 at CC...although I know you cannot get it for that price anymore....

It was an OK game, nothing TOO great, but probably worth the $10. I traded it in....but yes, the XBOX was better than PS2

Would be really fun IF they had LIVE

Thanks for the tip - but Splashdown isn't worth it. Maybe the sequel is good because they made it more arcadey with more animated environments. But the first one was boring, and the wave physics made no difference in the game.

Get Carve if you are getting a waverace game for the Xbox. It's cheaper, it plays better (more like Waverace for the N64) and it's online.

I'm thinking about picking up Carve for $8, but I think that the price will drop to $5 soon, so I'm just going to wait on it. I've heard that it's worth the budget price of $20. :)

Hey, don't mind the criticism Rozz, I do not think the deal is that bad. Certainly it is post-worthy, and even if one person hops on the deal it is worth it. People act like you posted a discovery of Drake for $50.

LOL at Rozz.

That's what you get for thread crapping in other topics.

Karma's a bitch, isn't it?

I know right. Worth $20, especiall with EGM saiyng its a turkey and giving it a bad review and all.Average score from everywhere is 66%. Not a good score, but for a game that launched at $20 with XBL play, it isn't that bad. It's now at $8 new and I've heard that it's worth the price.

I can have my opinion, and you can have yours. If you or anyone else thinks this is a deal, I have no problem with it and you can buy it, since this is a good game which is no doubt better than Carve. But this price has been around for a long time, and isn't a deal at all despite it being a good game. Several good games are at low prices, but they don't really need to be posted since most people will already know about it. If they don't, they're not missing anything in terms of how good the deal is.

Bump for the great deal and a link to another one of Rozz's "deals".

Apparantly, Carve is better than he thought at first  : http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=36351
