Can you trade old games in for new games?

Does it all depend on value?

Do they buy games?

Anything else I need to know before I go check myself?

It's basically BlockBuster's attempt at the game market. They're basically the same thing as GS or EB, but GR often has insanely good trade-in deals that you should keep an eye out for. Their is a thread here dedicated to GR deals.

Apparently, they don;t ahve very consistent release dates. Also, sometimes they delay release dates without prior notice.
