Had an article up on GameSniped.com about it - just a reminder, if you haven't redeemed your Doc Louis code yet, do it now - it expired yesterday. Guess it might still work if you're lucky

Anybody know if it is midnight PST or EST? I might not be home in time to redeem it. Kept forgetting.

I assume PST. It seems that Nintendo's servers are all set to that time (at least, when trying to register new release titles that are blocked from being registered before the release).

Just redeemed mine so they should still be good. Why I waited until July to do so, I haven't the foggiest.
