MS Paint :D comes with Windows ..
or you can download Trial version of Photoshop

I dont know of any GOOD and FREE programs for Webgraphics..unless of course you get pirated versions of Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

Please, for the love of god, you guys need to scale back your sig pics!! I don't mind large ones, but the problem is getting out of hand!! When I go to a page that has a lot of posts from people with large sigs, it takes forever to load!! I have DSL, but i really pity the poor schmucks who like this forum but have to wait hours for the damn sigs to load!! Is a cool avatar and a small sig pic not enough?!?!?

Perhaps that is why they have the option in turning both the avatar and the sig off if they choose to.

wonky is a very useful word. I've used it many times in the past.

What if like you are about to tell someone you're feeling wonky and you slip and say "I'm feeling wanker" hmmm...what a predicament

To define yourself, or to help sell a really outstanding game that even though it sold decently it should have done a whole lot better. :)

I have dialup and I have no speed issues.
And although you can turn off the sigs it is still annoying for people to have gratuitously large sig pics. It is mainly the tall pics cause they are the ones that interrupt the board flow.

Don't ask, Don't tell.
Of course, I figured you of all people would already know that :)
