how the hell do you get rid of them?
it started off with about 5 or so flying around the bananas. i figured getting rid of the bananas would solve this problem, wrong. the flies somehow stayed alive and reproduced (at least, i think they do) like crazy. now, more than a week later, i have about 30 of em flying around. i manage to kill about 25 or so everytime also, but they keep coming back, day after day.
so does anyone have a good, sure shot way of getting rid of these things?

Toss out all your fruit and wait a few days, they don't live very long.

I had that EXACT same problem a few months ago -- they were full grown, flying around, and swarming all over the windows.
To tell you the truth, I killed them all. I couldn't afford a terminator, so that was the only way I could.

I killed all flys by going to local Kmart and getting yellow jacket & flying insect trap. This is live trap that works

I think puttin a small plate of beer out will do the trick, they will drink and drown, I have heard that works with regular flies, cant hurt

These little bastards were everywhere at my old job. The managers had to buy some device and it lures them all in and kills them all. That ended the fruit fly problem.

Yeah, it sucks a LOT... especially since I got into town but I've got ANOTHER job to do and won't be back home till thursday to play Battlefront OR Halo2. The worst is the fact that I have Halo 2 LE staring at me right now and I can't even stop working to play. The reason I can post online is because it's a quick break from work unlike Halo 2 which I know will suck my time like some kind of time vacuum cleaner :(

I would try just cleaning everything really well. If they have no food they should die off pretty quickly.

My Xbox and all my non-portable game stuff are packed away until so,e time in January, at best. So unless I get invited over to play somewhere it just doesn't bear thinking about new games.

Special equipment is required. Rather than lubrication the condoms have an outer coting like sand paper. It's great for one seesion but then you need to find a new knothole. Some men take this approach with the more elastic and resilient human woman but that is just how some people are.
