already got Midway arcade treasures, and it's awesome

This is a great deal for somebody who already doesn't happen that game

however, if you don't have the cash right now, don't panic

Electronics boutique often extends its pre-order gifts past the release date is not enough people pre-order

*Wonders if he can go in-store, put $5 down, get Midway Arcade Treasures, and then "Forget" somehow that he pre-ordered the Suffering*

Or, instead Stunna, you could always just move the pre-order $$ to something else you want, no?

Oh, and do you post at IGN too? O_o

The Suffering mixes a genre i so want to love, survival-horror, which i can't because of the controls, and another genre i do love, FPSs. it's set in a prison where you have to escape, and there are all these enemies who's character designs are based on their execution.

Or, save yourself the trouble of having to preorder another crapass survival-horror game and go pick up Midway Arcade Treasures for $10-20.

*Wonders the same exact thing...* I'd even be willing to put down $10. I'll call them tommorow and see what they say.

The EB here never gives out the pre-order bonus stuff til you buy the game when it comes in - probably for the very reason you guys are discussing hehe

I will check out their demo on the new OXM. If it is any good consider this preordered.

From the previews from IGN and GS, it seems to have A TON of potential.

Damn I forgot I have a 10 dollar off digital coupon from ebgames.com (True Crime). I just may do this now.

Or anybody that is remotely interested in the game just preorder it and then return their new (preorder copy) of Arcade treasures to the store with their original receipt from their previuos purchase.

I mean thats like getting the suffering for $30.

I called up my 3 local EBGames and none of them knew about this promotion. Maybe in a few days...

The Suffering looks interesting and does have some potential. But I'll probably hold off on throwing down 49.99 for it until I've at least rented it.

I played through the demo last night on the new OXM disc, and it is one freaky game. At a couple points I had goosebumps.

As for in store pre-order it seams to take a while before its set up. Took about 1-1 1/2 weeks but the FFXI PS2 promo is now available in store so I figure this one will show up in about the same timeframe.

The Suffering demo was awesome, anyone who remotely likes survival horror games should buy it.

I hope people don't try to cheat EB and ruin the free game like they did with the Ninja Gaiden trade in. :(

Its going to be hard to scam EB, you probably wont get the midway arcade game right away. It will be available the day you pick up the suffering, thats what they are doing with the Namco Breakdown pre-order and get dead to rights for free, and if you wanted to return it later they will probably ask for you to return the free game to in order to get your full refund.
