This is the funniest show on TV. Did anyone catch the name of the boat that Gob bought in last night's episode? Too funny...

I should watch it. People say it's funny, they win Emmy's and what not but for some reason, nobody I know watches it.

"Solid as a rock..."
I started watching it recently, it is a pretty damn funny show. There are some shades of Seinfeld/Curb Your Enthusiasm in both its abundance of amorality and that it helps to watch several episodes in a row so you can get the recurring jokes.

I have always wanted to watch it, but I don't watch much TV, so I have never gotten around to it. Scrubs, PTI and Mythbusters are the only shows I TiVo. My wife seems to record pretty much anything that is on TV though...

I started watching it near the end of the last seasons, and its one of my favorite shows now. Ill have to buy the DVD box set to catch up with the early episodes.

It's the only show on t.v. that's actually made me laugh out loud since Seinfeld...Then again, I'm a callous shell of a human that lacks any emotion.

I try to watch it, I find it amusing, and there are random amounts of laugh out loud funnyness, but I prefer Scrubs and Late Night with Conan O'Brien to Arrested Development.

I'll be watching it soon I hope, I've been wanting to see it for a while, but I don't like watching new episodes before seeing older ones, even if you don't have to.
I've seen a few episodes, and I don't really enjoy the show.

i started watching it when it first premiered just because david cross was in it, and it ended up being one of the best shows on tv (and probably the best one on network television).
i was able to see the season premiere, but missed yesterday's episode, which is unfortunate.
my favorite episode is the one where michael gets taught a lesson about teaching lessons to his son. well, that and the one where the whole "nevernude" concept is introduced.

Great show, I love the whole Blue Man Group-thing that Tobias tries to imitate. He spies on his wife while he's all painted up, gotta love it. One of the greatest shows on TV today.

The teaching lesson episode was the first one I ever watched and I agree, it was the best. I laughed outloud quite a few times watching that one. Great show that nobody has really caught on to yet.

Yea, I really love this show. I was a bit worried that they may "dumb it down" for this new season to get more viewers, but I'm glad they didn't. I think it's hysterical.
And on a side note: I need to post more. Long time viewer, not much of a poster.

Yeah, the lesson episode rules my pants. I never thought I'd see that kind of humor on network tv. I think the kid who plays George Michael is incredible. With all the insanity on that show, he's really managed to make that character stand out as one of the most interesting and entertaining. I've been pulling for him, hoping that one day he'll finally get to bang his cousin!! Unless the thing with Egg...er, Ann, goes somewhere...

I try and try to like anything with David Cross in it because I think he's hilarious, but this show IMO is horrible and incredibly unfunny... It's like Greg the Bunny. It's got a great cast, but does it work? Answer: no.

seaward?
I dont get it.
Well, the set-up was that Gob wanted to bang this girl but the only way she would give him her phone number was if he bought the boat she was selling (she was the model at a boat show or something). He ended up buying it, of course... anyway - Seaward = C-word = see you next tuesday...

Damn Fox and the NFL!!! I haven't been able to catch the last 2 shows because it got pushed back by football games running into overtime.
Duh, just remembered, I can get them from bittorrent (and without the stupid commercials).

I really love this show, but I think its humor is far too absurd and layered for most people to find funny. I'm trying not to make that sound like an elitist putdown on the general public, but a lot of people I come across only laugh at stuff like American Pie and Scary Movie.

Have you ever figured out why that is? I see people laugh all the time at regular sitcoms or movies like you mentioned. I guess it would be nice to be able to laugh that easily, but it is much much harder for me.

It's about time we had a worthy successor to Sports Night (which used to be the funniest show nobody watched. Actually TV Guide called it "The Best Show You're Not Watching", but I paraphrased to fit it in).

BLASPHEMY! Sports Night is my favorite non-animated show of all time. I tried watching West Wing a couple times but it just wasn't as good.
Oh yeah, finished disc one of AD, I'll watch disc two tomorrow.

The real question is what season of The West Wing were you trying to watch. If it's anything that isn't in the first two, maybe three, seasons, it isn't as good. The first two seasons are briliant, then it starts going downhill.

Another classic episode on Sunday night.
"Did you see the new poof?"
"Buster, what are you wearing?" ... "It's all regulation."
"She's funny." ... "Well, she better be."
Gob once again does his magic act to Europe's "Final Countdown."
I love this show.

But this show is dying for a Henry Winkler cameo.

Is this show still on? I though Fox cancelled it months ago.
Now, Method and Red...that was comedy. Lasted 2 episodes I think.
Sunday's episode was one of the best I've seen so far. A show hasn't made me laugh out loud this much since Seinfeld.

David cross is one of my favorite stand up comics ever. I bought the first season just because he's in it, and it turned out to be a really great show all around. Im hooked.
I hope this show doesnt turn out like FG did, it seems fox is really putting some muscle behind promoting the show too.
