CoD:Black Ops, 3 questions

I recently pick up Call of Duty:Black Ops for Wii.
I have noticed since the game's release, that Treyarch has released 4 or 5 patches.
When I first put the game disc in the system, the update screen came up once and that was that.
1. Was "that" update all of the patches up to date or the most recent one?

Also, I keep reading about having an activate Wii Shop Channel for future DLC.
2. Does that mean, if/when Treyarch releases DLC(First Strike), there will be DLC channel to download?

3. With the PDP Headbanger headset for B.O, it is TeamSpeak.
Does that mean everyone playing online can hear you or just your team mates?

A week late but I'll reply anyways:

1. Yes it should include all of them.

2. there's been talk on whether or not Treyarch will release the DLC but on the second to last page of the manual, it says Store and on the bottom of the paragraph, Add-on content.

3. Everyone can hear you.

I am glad someone replied.
With the headset, the idea of telling a teammate to take care of a troubling camper/squatter/sniper is great,but not if everyone can my request.
So I will sleep on buying the headset.
