I'm both happy and mad about this. I'm happy because I was expecting one this week, so I can buy a ton of new games. The bad news is, I badly wanted it on Thanksgiving because Meijer is much more empty on that day, so I wouldn't have to wait long.

Stay away from lima that place is nuts. All of the gameboy packages sold out within 5 mins. Werid thing is noone was touching them over at the illinios road (they still had 30 of them at 9am) .... Well either way will find out tomorrow what games since the ad should be in tomorrows paper

The Meijer's I've been in (McHenry and Arlington Heights, IL) both have VERY good selections and prices.

Lose the receipt. Then go in and tell them it was a gift. They will either let you exhange for a game of the same price or give you a gift card to be spent at the store.

My and my friend were going to leave right now to go to Meijers but we can't. He's the RA in my dorm he can't leave till the front desk opens cause someone could be locked out and wouldn't be able to get in (We go to the University of Michigan so we'd be going to one of the two Meijers in Ann Arbor, or the one in Ypsilanti on Carpenter RD.). Now we have to wait till the mouring.


Oh yea, I need some suggestions on what I should get (I only have my Xbox and GBA SP on campus so try to suggest Xbox games only. I was going to get:

1.)Ghost Recon 2
2.)ESPN College Hoops 2K5
3.)Need for Speed Underground 2

I went to Meijer today and got two games my first trip.

Then, I went in an hour later and bought

Street Fighter Anniversary Collection

To tell you the truth, Meijer accidently put the wrong price on GGI, putting a $29.92 price tag on it. The game rang up as $48.88, but I told the employee the price tag said $29.92, so they changed the price. I got both GGI and SFAC for less than the price of GGI. :lol:

What one did you got to in fort wayne. the Lima road one was wipped out at 5am (sucks they sold all the GBA systems + 3 free games before 5am they were all sold out before 5am ) when the sale was to start

There was still a lot there when I went, but after I bought my copy of Baten Kaitos, there was only one left. It was busy at Meiher though, but it was mostly adults buying toys for their kids. I kept bumping into shopping carts today.

Also in Fort Wayne today, I went to the Best Buy in Jefferson Pointe and it was busy, but I guarntee the one in Northcrest Plaza was worse. I went to Toy's R Us and the line in the gaming department stretched on forever. I was about to go to Target, but you could see nothing but cars, so I said forget it. This all happened around 8:30-9:30am.
