Actually I never watch Law & Order, and no, that does not describe half the kids his age. The huge majority of kids his age do have empathy towards other people and do not and an overemphasized need for sexual stimulation. Peeking in the girls locker room or stealing your dad's Playboys does not equate to the drive required to find it necessary to hold an exotic dancer at gunpoint to dance for you.
