Ok, I have no idea if this is a "deal" or not. In fact, Walmart may be the only place you can buy these.

GlovesPlay had a small booth at E3 (in the basement) and I got to try these out (PS2). They really feel nice and make the controller much more confortable.

Personally, I have always felt the PS2 controller is too small for many of us large handed Americans. When I am not using my Logitech Cordless Action controller, I use Dual Shocks with Pelican's G-Grips attached, which are rubber grips, tobeef up my controller.

I am going to pick up these up and throw those G-grips in the trash.

When I spoke to the owner of the GlovesPlay at E3, he was still trying to get a retailer to carry these things and was thinking of charging $10 for one set, so $15 for two seems like a pretty good deal.

Anyway, I just wanted to give you a heads up on worthy product from (who seemed like) a nice guy.

Weird stuff. But I guess I can see how it might be good for people who get clammy palms playing games, like me. At least it seems more of a natural thing than the gimmicky AirFlo controllers.

I know a guy who would sweat alot when he plays videogames. the controller would be soaked with his sweat.

Maybe this will help. Who knows..

Slippers for your controllers...imagine what they'll smell like after they've been sweated and greased on for a while.

They'll smell like my slippers!
Seriously though, I think these are going to be great for me, as I like my controller a bit more meaty.

Do they still make G-Grips? I remember I wanted some back in the PS1 days and never found them.

They are really hard to find.
I found one geocities-looking website that carried them, but I dont think they are around now.

Anyhow, my GlovesPlay just arrived at my office. They look awesome and I can't wait to try them out tonight.

FYI, they DO NOT look that weird shade of purple as pictured above.
They are jet black.

The Xbox GlovesPlay is really nice.
It fits nice and snug and feels comfortable.
They are a huge improvement over the old G-grips.

The only downer is that they don't fit on my Logitech Cordless Precision controller. However, the Xbox GlovesPlay is a perfect fit for the PS2 Logitech Cordless Action.
