View Full Version : Where can I trade in my CDs?

Basically I have a bunch of old CDs that have been lying around and I don't want them anymore. Some are between 5-8 years old but in very good condition(no scratches or cracked cases), and most were once popular CDs. I don't care if I get a buck per CD, because I have absolutely no use for them right now and they'll end up in the trash if I don't trade them. I have FYE, Mediaplay, EB, GS, and probably most other cd retail/trade places around. Where can I go to trade in my CDs for the least amount of hassle and maybe a little more money than other places? Any suggestion would be great, thanks.

I have all me cds in an album/folder. I threw out the damn cases, and inserts (stupid me). I wanna sell em too. For those who are familiar with cd trading, do they accept disc only? (probably for less credit, huh)

probably for no credit, unfortunately. Without the case and artwork you mights as well just have it on CDR for free. I don't think anyone will be buying...

Darn. That sucks. Those cases take up so much room. Kicking self for throwing out plastic crap worth more than the damn cd.

They accept any cd, but for the ones they wouldn't normally accept, they give you A PENNY in credit. Most of my crap CDs that are still in my collection are ones FYE would only give 1 cent for.

Aw crap, wherehouse.com gives some decent credit for my cds, but there aren't any stores around where I live(Ann Arbor / Southeast MI)... :(
