A book gets burned/banned when "materials recognize or promote a lifestyle or actions prohibited by the sodomy and sexual misconduct laws of Alabama"

The bible, while chastising them, recognizes the existance of sodomy and multiple other acts that would violate the "sexual misconduct laws of Alabama."
