Cool! I already made an interesting (Sorta..) find, and posted it ^_^
I know it's still in beta..but will ther eeventually be a way to filter things out? Or at least maybe select how you want to look at it? (Like lowest price, highets price, name, store name, price drop/increase, etc)

It looks like EB is trying to move a ton of PO titles for systems from NES up to current.

that would be wonderful if you could sort by system and/or price. I realize it *is* beta .
Hey, that is a great layout. Very useful! I didn't find anything I wanted, but it's still groovy. Well done, old bean.

Yep, I'm tempted to splash out the $5 just to see how truly abysmal it really is. Although if I wait I'm sure I'll get it for less. I got Bandits: Phoenix Rising and Beam Breakers for $1.99 each at EB Games, and those are actually OK games.

If there is something you're looking for you can always use your brower's "find" command, however it won't help to find deals you weren't looking for

Blackjaw, if you haven't bought Freedom Fighters yet, Gamestop has it for 10 bucks. It looks like the cheapest shipping is 2 bucks but if you get lucky you might be able to find one in the store.

how often is the cag-o-matic updated anyway?

If all titles actually had the system listed in a seperate column, I could easily export it into database program. Heh.
Oops. Strike that. Highlight ALL the game data and past it into Excel or Open Office spreadsheet... paste it... it nicely fills up 4 columns, and you can easily sort by any method you wish.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't selling the GC demo disc illegal?

Oooh, good tip! I hadn't thought of that but it should work perfectly aside from the fact that the CAG sponsor links won't be there.... or do they stay there when you copy and paste?
Thanks for the post.
You know what would really be cool? It'd be most excellent if the CAG price checker would automatically order games for us after we tell it what games and platforms we're looking for, whether we want new or used, and the maximum price we're willing to pay. It would then send us an email telling us what it ordered. Then on weekends maybe it could mow the lawn? :D

*gasp* BB is selling the GC preview disc for $10?! I was wondering when it would drop from $40.

I can't believe they had it priced at $40

No, that original one (with Viewtiful Joe, Splinter Cell, Billy Hatcher, etc.) was so popular at the time that eventually Nintendo gave the OK to sell those. Otherwise, Best Buy and Circuit City are in huge trouble. I haven't seen any of the later demo disks for sale, though.

No. That disc was always meant for sale; It was the first non-kiosk-only Gamecube demo disc, at least here in the US, and it carries (and always has) a MSRP of $10. The folks at Best Buy will burn in a special layer of hell for charging uninformed old grannies $40 for a demo disc.
