I was at a county fair a few months ago, and they had deep-fried oreos. I was pretty close to buying some, but then I saw it was $5 for 3

Mmmmmm....gluhhhhhh <mouth waters, saliva drools out> :o
Actually I'm weary about deep fried foodstuffs. There's a lot of "unwanted" things that get mixed into the batter.

i had deep fried oreos at a street fair. They where pretty good. Imagine the cream & the cookie being ultra soft wraped in a pankake covered in powdered sugar.

I get deep fried ice cream ever now and then, basically its poundcake slices wraped over an icecream ball then dipped in batter and deepfried so it gets a delicous shell while the icecream stays cool.
I agree deep fried Go banana, are not that good.
Deep fried cheesecake is good too.

I have had a deep fried Twinkie as a desert at a dinner once; wasn't very good. I have also had pancakes with oreos cooked right in, tasted like a desert but was still pretty good. Not something I would have for breakfast everyday tho.

Deep fried frozen yogurt is the best, especially if you keep it frozen while its frying.

There's a restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama that serves deep-fried pastrami on rye sandwiches...and all their other sandwiches, for that matter.
Yes. The whole already unhealthy sandwich is fried. Just imagine that...

eh, I saw a paula deen recipe that was for a cheeseburger, but instead of a bun it used 2 krispy kremes. That just doesn't sound appealing.
