no, they are just the discs in jewel cases. unfortunately, there are no inserts.

check the bottom next to the NTSC logo. If its a version 2 I would trade something for it.(I already have 2 version 1's)

I think the version 2 is quieter(can't remember but one version is dramatically quieter than others)
