So i went back to gamecrazy again today, and low and behold they have a brand spanking unopened marvel vs capcom 2 for sale for xbox, $40. not bad since it is a game i wanted, so i snagged that baby and freedom fighters for under $50 with a free guide for freedom fighters because they lost the ps2 version last time i went. Im happy.

really? I went to an EB and they had the PS2 version for $55 used! I gave up and just picked up the DC version since it at least is under $20

Yeah. GameCrazy gives stands away all the time. One of the employees already had dibs on the MGS3, though. I've gotten Riddick from GC and a Scorpion display stand from EB.

Or return them to whatever advertising agencies create the stands, as I've seen happen plenty of times.

You can get 60 for the PS2 version seled on ebay. I had no idea this game was so hard to come by. My friend has it.

Are you talking about the "Master Chief standing on a rock with 2 machine guns" Halo 2 stand? I can understand that cause it's not a cardboard stand, it's a huge fricking chunk of plastic.

I have gotten in the past tons of posters, t-shirts, etc. from Gamecrazy. they are really nice to me as I know most of the people that work there. They sometimes even give me their employee discount. In terms of standees, I have gotten only, a huge LoZ: the Four Swords. Soon I know that they should be getting rid of their Paper Mario 2 standee so I hope to get that.

Some just say that because they want the standees for themselves. Most places don't send them back. My CC had posters that were 5 years old at one time (before I got there) and the Nintendo rep that gave them them never really cared to take them.
