no restrictions at the one i went to(socal), i cleaned up by trading in abunch of crap sports games and stuff. I have 16 brand new games so far.

GAMES Trading Terms and Conditions
1. A trading activation request must be completed by the primary account holder on the BLOCKBUSTER® membership prior to account trading.
2. Must be a BLOCKBUSTER member.
3. Primary account holder who is signing the trading activation request must also be the parent or legal guardian of all authorized renters on the account that are minors. By signing the activation request, primary account holder is giving permission to authorized renters, including minors, to trade games and DVDs (“goods”) on his/her BLOCKBUSTER membership account.
4. All authorized renters on an account that is activated to trade will also become authorized traders.
5. Primary account holder is solely responsible and liable for all goods traded on his/her account whether the trade was conducted by primary account holder or an authorized renter.
6. BLOCKBUSTER will not trade or buy back accessories or equipment at this time.
7. Titles and game units eligible for trade will be determined by BLOCKBUSTER in its sole discretion. BLOCKBUSTER may elect not to accept a particular game title or unit or titles for a particular game platform for any reason, including, without limitation, suitability of title for resale by BLOCKBUSTER, inventory needs, and condition of product and packaging. Only commercially released games are eligible for trade. No demonstration or promotional copies accepted.
8. The trading buy back price shall be at the sole discretion of BLOCKBUSTER. Prices are subject to change at any time and from time to time.
9. All trades are FINAL and cannot be reversed. BLOCKBUSTER will not return specific games traded.
10. BLOCKBUSTER may limit number of copies of a title and overall number of games accepted in a trade transaction or from a member without advance notice, in its sole discretion.
11. No cash will be given. Store credit will be applied to the primary account holder's BLOCKBUSTER account and is not transferable. Store credit is only available on the primary account holder's BLOCKBUSTER account at the participating BLOCKBUSTER store where trade was conducted. Store credit will be applied to any outstanding balance on the primary account holder's BLOCKBUSTER account, and is available for use by the primary account holder and all authorized renters.
12. Trading is only available at participating BLOCKBUSTER stores.
