Got a new digital camera so I figured i'd take pictures of my XBox collection.. you can see MightySlacker and Shrike's address (which I blacked out) in one of them.. the bottom row, the stack of platinum hits on the right.. are Shrike's.. the piece of paper hanging off is his "label".. name/address/etc..

I prefer the alternate to the original.. it's printed on the back of the original cover, just take it out of the case and flip it around.. Wish more games came like this..

My Xbox collection is sitting at a healthy 59 right now. I have another 3 coming in from the Gamefly sale, and plan to pick up 2 new releases next month (Oddworld & Tork). Other than a couple that I'm waiting on major price drops for (such as KUF), I'm pretty satisfied w/ my collection now. No glaring holes imo.

Not every collection is going to consist of KOTOR and Ninja Gaiden only. Some people like games that others consider "bad".

Bad games is a highly subjective thing.
Anyone with a lot of games has likely come to a cost/value point of view for purchasing games. You may think a game sucks, but really, what game isn't worth 5 dollars? At 5 dollars, a game is like a rental that never needs to be returned.. and could be traded towards something better after you tire of it.

Even if a game is laughably bad, there are very, very few games that aren't worth 5 dollars, and the ones that are basically rendered unplayable due to thier faults.

To piss you off. In all actuality, I try to find a silver lining with every game. I'm not sure what your definition of 'bad' is, but my collection was not made with the idea to please you. I guess i'll comment on what you think is bad.

Is that all? Or did you find more "crap"? Well, Alias and Blinx were free, and the rest I paid five or less for, except for Unreal 2, which I paid 10 for, and SBSP:BfBB, which was $14. Crimson Sea and DC3 were from the CC sale, Hulk was used at Hastings, Mojo was free (and I love this game), RLH was in the CC sale, and Van Helsing was a christmas gift. Before actually bashing any of these, have you actually sat down and gave them a chance?

Alias is a fun-ish spy type of game. The combat is a bit clunky, but fun nevertheless. Blinx is innovative and fun. Can't comment on Dino Crisis 3 or Crimson Sea because I haven't tried them. Haven't tried Haunted Mansion, either. Hulk is a fun beat-em-up, Mojo is an awesome puzzle-ish type game (mom loves it, too). Run Like Hell, so far, is pretty good with a decent story, SBSP, and everyone laughs when I say this, is freaking awesome, mainly because it's a platformer that's been so overlooked it's not even funny.. it reminds me of Ratchet and Clank or something, and while it's probably geared toward teenagers, I still find it fun. I definately recommend picking it up, especially since the XBox is starved for platformers. I haven't played Unreal 2. I played Van Helsing last night, and you know, after hearing how bad it was, I have to disagree. It plays almost exactly.. EXACTLY like Devil May Cry, and that's NOT a bad thing. I had fun doing the same exact things that I did in DMC last night. I'd swing twice, roll, jump high and use guns coming down.. was extremely fun.

So, by and large, it depends on how anal you are and your definition of "crap".. feel free to post what games you think suck, because I think I have a pretty good collection so far.

And us xbox owner are lucky. There are like zero ultra rare high demand games unlike the PS2. It's pretty easy to get a big collection of xbox games. But adding steel Batalion would make your collection much more impressive.

Considering that Scorch seems to like what Microsoft is doing, and is actually supporting them by BUYING his games, I doubt he'll care for someone being a pirate, and making being part of the reason some companies don't make more games for the Xbox.

I have LE Tokyo Bus Guide sealed :). And LE of Border Down, Capcom vs. SNK 2, Rez, Psyvariar 2, etc. etc. Dreamcast is by far my favorite console.

Just because a game is bad does not mean it isn't fun.
Fun is another one of the very subjective terms used when talking about games. People have different opinions on games, and something you may find to be a huge pile of crap may be liked by some others.
Some people seem to forget that, and decide to crap on any game that gets less than a 70% rating on most game sites, even though many of them don't even understand the review scales that some of the sites have.

I've had fun with games that have been outright chastised by reviewers.
Theres plenty of "not so great" games that I've had quite a bit of fun with.

Exactly. Corny storylines, laughable graphics, horrific voice-overs...
bad games can be packed with unintentional comedy. If a bad game that cost me 5 dollars keeps me entertained for even an hour, it's well worth the money I spent.

Same as me. All my discs are in a book. More convienent for when I travel. I've checked periodically and none of them have any scratches, so it's all decent and whatnot.
