$30 for a used game?!?!
That more than what I pay for NEW games! (eBay)
But is it more than you pay for 2 new games? :-P

You have to buy two games at $29.99 before you get the free one right? So basically 3 games for $60.

Anybody have opinions on their used GC games? I wish they guaranteed box/manual like EB does. I wouldn't recommend Gamestop for DC games... I ordered Project Justice twice from them, and neither of them worked. Finally got a working one on ebay.

...no. "buy one, get one free" means that when you buy one, you get one free. that means two games for $30.
i hope that the discs aren't totally hit when i get them, because i know gamestop can be sketchy when it comes to condition.

you think EB will match this deal? I really want to pick up some games for my new GC, but if they are in bad condition, I won't.
Got Legacy of Kain: Defiance (XBX) and Dark Cloud 2 (PS2) for $30, also got Skies of Arcadia Legends for $20, $2 shipping. So a grand total of $52 for three good games. :) Not a bad haul for the day.

Yeah, I really wanted that MGS:TTT if it came with DOA:X free :(
Damn, nice deal. And Crimson Skies just happened to drop to $30 new yesterday, so the used copy is only $24.99...very nice deal, now I just gotta figure out what other game I want that's $29.99 or above!

Only one game needs to be $29.99 or above! It's one of those "equal or lesser value" dealies. Think about it - you actually save less money if your second game is under $30, so it's of no advantage to them to force a minumum price for the FREE game. For example, I just bought Sonic Mega Collection ($35) and got Mario Advance 4 ($25) for free.

There is a maximum price of the free game though, can't add something mroe than 29.99

Never mind, Edge, I just re-read your post and figured out what you meant... I see where you're coming from because most games I wanted were $25. But there were some $45 games I wanted, but I didn't want to spend that much... the range of games between $30 and $45 is actually pretty small. I'm lucky I had been looking for Sonic Mega Collection anyway....
