Just as the topic says. I am thinking about getting it because I just got a canon sd200 digital camera. Could you give me some advice? Oh yea, I'll put a link to canons website on here.

What's really sad is that there are printers out there cheaper than the ink cartridges for them.

yep, I agree. Thanks for the ink scrub. Is it always cheap at that site? I bookmarked it.

I guess so. I also just discovered that site. I like it cause shipping is always free.

My dad got the ip4000R from frys. It's wireless but I have been too busy to test it out. It seems cool, but then again I didn't pay for it.

Funnily enough, I ended up buying this printer too! Must've been some sort of subliminal effect, cause I vaguely remember reading this thread a while back. Anyway I'm posting cause it's pretty damn cheap at newegg.com now:
Canon IP3000 (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=28-102-153&depa=0)

I ordered over the weekend, and just NOW they have a $20 mail in rebate! I got $2 shipping, but still. I'll mail the shit in anyway, and will most likely be turned down by the heartless people that they are...

Oh, BTW, so far (err, 2 photo prints/a couple B/W normal prints later), this printer seems awesome. So much quieter than the printer I used to have (Canon S300 came with the PC when we bought it), and it's such a nice feeling to be able to print the photos i've been taking!
