I want to get a set of component video cables but really have no idea of which ones I should get.

should I get the Microsoft High Definition AV pack or should I get the Madcatz Universal component cable? does the Microsoft piece include the cables? I was looking at it at EB but it doesn't show any cables nor does it mention it.

I was looking at the preplayed piece at EB by the way. really great price.

The MS HD-AV includes a component cable, and the normal red and white stereo audio cables. However it doesn't include the Dolby Digital Optical cable you need for surround sound. You can buy an optical cable for about $10.

How much is the pre-played Hi-Def pack at EB?

Edit: Never mind I checked. $9.99 not bad. But I'll just pick up the new ones for $18 at CC.

Monster Cable is the only way to go, I've seen the difference between it and a Microsoft HiDef on a HDTV DLP 50" and was impressed.
