Dilemma: Suikoden is hot. $39.99 is cheaper than most ebay prices and amazon, and when you add shipping, amazon/ebay totals in the $60-80. But yeah, YOU ARE RIGHT. It's such a hot game that without guarantee of book and cover with inserts, you're basically getting a white elephant.

With the AFF25 code, it makes it an ok deal even without a case and instructions. The lowest price on Half.com for the game is around $35 shipped for a disc only game with scratches.

I think the highest I've seen on ebay, for the first, is something like $40 complete/mint. Usually less though for some scratches.

seems like lots of ppl here want the Suikoden releases, so you could probably get quite a good deal if you want to trade it.

ive owned suikoden 1 and 2 for a long time, 2 is more rare than 1 i must say ;) , 3 sux pretty bad compared to the previous 2, id suggest picking up this game if you love rpg's is a true gem

My friend bought the first one about 7 years ago, but it was scratched so he had to borrow mine to get past this part... I have not seen it since :( But I have his megaman x 4-6 + shenmue, so I think we are pretty even. I would buy part 2 for 70ish if I don't end up buying disgaea this week.

i bought 1 for 20,about 6 months after it came out, i got 2 for 25 about a year after it was out, and i got 3 for 30 the dayit came out with trade, people really should pay attention to games before they become super rare and complain about having to pay $100 for them
