always been free, but nice looking out. The insurgent camp map is really really fun.

Only problem I have with the game is that you have to nail 36/40 in sharpshooting to play any of the cool levels

The recruiting office in my town had a small LAN setup running the game, I thought that was pretty hot.

And I thought it was just a first person war situation simulator. I had no idea it was promoting the capitalist, imperialist wasteland of pig populated America. Damn those Americans and their way of life!

I have been playing this off and on since it came out. However it still has several problems. Some games cam be pretty long almost an hour for some maps, and if you die in the beginning, then you have to wait for the game to end to get back to continue on that same server.

The worst thing about the game is that certain maps can be spammed, so that as soon as the game starts someone with the m203 can shoot grenades at certain spots in the air, and have them land on spawn points.

In addition, avg ping is not very good.

But its a free game and a decent shooter, that can become a great shooter if some of its current issues are dealt with.

The training. GODDDDDDDD... the training. I managed to finish college in real life. I don't want to be forced into a virtual classroom for hours on end to be able to get onto X server. And the honor thing gets annoying too. I played it for an afternoon, and never picked it up sense.

Got BF1942 used in box for $9 at a local book store. Hea. I'm happy. ;)

Or maybe one where you get to blow up a wedding party and kill dozens of guests on a hunch?

unfrotuately the only killing you can do besides the enemy...which by the way has been changed...in the beginning all the bad guys looked like middle easterns. But you can team kill and kill your teaching staff...but you will land up in jail

i find it extremely amusing that they put you in jail and didn't let you out if you kill your commander during the initial training.
