Modding the new slim PS2 **

I used the search feature before posting this topic... so, I'm pretty sure this hasn't been asked yet....

Has anyone here had success modding the *thin* version of the Ps2? Is there a reputable website someone can refer me to? One that has like a do-it-yourself tutorial?

Also, have any of you guys played the PS2 import of Pop'n Music? Is it $100 good?

Any info you guys can pass along, i'd be incredibly grateful.
