Anyone know best cheapest place to buy dual layer dvds?Or at least in bulk?

I have yet to find a place where they are affordable. I think the cheapest was around $8 or so.

8$ isnt bad if they sellem in bulk
This isnt for me I have no clue about DVDs its for friend who says he cant find any place that sells more then 1 at a time or so
