$9.88 Xbox Games at Wal-Mart (YMMV)

So at the Wal-Mart I work in (Turnersville, NJ) we just put up an endcap display of $9.88 games. Now this isn't like a special clearance sale WE did..these were in PDQ boxes shipped from Microsoft themselves.. so there is a very good chance that ALL Wal-Marts have this. Basically because of the recent price drop of Xbox they sent them.. But yeah the games are Quantum Redshift, Oddworld, Bloodwake, NFL Fever 2003, and Blinx.

That's pretty much it. I understand it isnt' THE BEST deal..but you should all check your Wal-Marts and see if they have them as well.

Oddworld for $10 is worth it, especially if your an Oddworld fan.

My walmart has the same 9.98 endcap but does not have microsoft branded games, they have ubisoft games for ps2, xbox, and gcn.

super bust a move 2 (ps2)

a couple more...I can't really remember but they were all UBISOFT games for 9.98.

Can blinx still be traded in during those trade in deals? I noticed during the trade in deal they had to get ninja gaiden, that all of the games I got at the cc clearance were excluded. If blinx can be traded in, I might pick it up. Would any of these trade in to gamestop for 10 bucks?

The Walmart store by me NEVER EVER has good deals on console games like this. I think their idea of a good deal is getting a game with a MSRP of $50 for $49.98 instead. I would think that Walmart sales would occur across all of their stores, but I don't remember ever seeing any console deals at the one by my house. Crap crap crap.

I agree, I never see any of the great deals that make Walmart the number one retailer. I guess games are just not something they do great deals on.

However I did see Blowout for the Gamecube for the $9.xx price. Didn't get it though because I haven't read much good about the game.

I found Oddworld and Blinx at the Plainfield Walmart. If anyone is in the Indy area. The games were not tagged (which is a good thing)... Otherwise they would have sold out.

Well I broke down and picked up Blowout for $9.99, I am a sucker for cheap games. Even if a mediocre-bad game was 10 bucks and a great game 20, I would probably pick up the 10 dollar game.

I bought Evolution Worlds for the Gamecube for $10 at walmart the last week. They also had the 2 Batman games, Rayman Arena, Rocky, Blowout, and Super Bubble Pop.

I picked up Super Bust a Move 2 (PS2) the other day at Wal-mart for $9.88, and my wife LOVES it. The way I look at it, any game that I can get that interests her gets her that much closer to understanding my addiction :)

I was lookin for evolution worlds at a decent price for a long time. I also bought Rocky and Batman Rise of whatever too and they are both decent games.
