Is Silent Hill 3 in short supply? I hope it is not in short supply, because I am planning on getting it and hope that I won't have trouble finding it like I had with the first one.

No way, you can find it practically anywhere for under $20. I'm not sure why the first one seems to be so hard to find. I just walked in to my local game store and got one for $10 one day a few months ago when I wanted, but haven't seen one anywhere since.

You're so lucky to be living in a place with Silent Hill 1 and 3s. Where I live I see none of them. What stores do you know of that sell Silent Hill 3 under $20?

TRU stores have a good chance of still having units on hand.
For some reason Konami took a very low-key marketing stance on this game and retailers responded by not stocking it deeply on the assumption Konami had reasons for not pushing the title. Then they hyped SH4 in a big way and it turned out to be a disappointment compared to its predecessor in the opinion of many reviewers.

I loved part 1, loved part 2, own part 3 but have never played it, and I have not played part 4.

Same... except I have played about 10 minutes into part 3.
In my area you can find it everywhere.
