Super Dodgeball and River City Ransom - Techmo (sp?) made a couple (smaller) great hits

The Zelda's, Super Mario Bros. games, Mike Tyson's Punch-Put, Blaster Master, the Contra series, Star Tropics, Crystallis, Final Fantasy, Elevator Action, Skate or Die 2, Bionic Comando, Castlevania's, Clash at Demonhead, Kid Icarus, Maniac Manson (my favorite nes game), River City Ransom, Deja Vu, Shadow gate, Dragon Warrior games, Base Wars, Baseball Simulator.

Those should keep you busy for awhile

I really liked the less popular NES games like Karnov, Trojan, Street Fighter 2010, Guerrilla War, Town & Country Surf Designs, Werewolf: The Last Warrior, 1943 and A Boy and His Blob.

Those are some great games that sometimes go unmentioned.

Obviously, anything noteworthy enough to be included in Nintendo's new NES Classis re-issues for the GBA should be considered. These are all much cheaper (some would even say better) in their original NES format anyway.

Yeah, Darkwing Duck was pretty good. Similar to the Mega Man games.

What is wrong with Castlevania II: Simon's Quest? That is my favorite of the nes series.

Also, the company that developed River City Ransom and Super Dodgeball is called TECHNOS. They also made a great game called Crash n The Boys Street Challenge. A must play if you never have.
