Is this game any good? I picked this up today at TRU....for $4.48 with Pac-Man Vs. bundled inside.

I have it for PS2, it's not as bad a game as I was lead to believe. the only real issues is the fear meter which causes you opponents to loose control of their car the longer you hang on their tail which makes it a little easy sometimes, assuming you can control your car well enough to keep gaining position.

I say go for it if you like racing games.

It's worth it just for the Pac Man Vs. disc. But yeah, it's not Project Gotham, Rallisport, or GT, but there's some fun to be had with it.

If you only have a cube I guess it's a good purchase considering racing on the cube is slim, but if you have a PS2/XBOX theres better games and you won't be missing much if you don't by R:RE

i finished the story mode, or whatever it was called awhile back. then went back and tried to unlock more cars. (i played the whole game with the assists turned off)

the game is not arcade type, it's more simulation, but not quite a true simulation like GT. as a racing game lover, i'd recommend burnout 2 first.
