What is the best price for a 19" inch LCD?

I decided not to buy a television for my console gaming. Instead, I will used my gamers vga adapter. I rather spend $350 on a new lcd than buying a new tv since there is no place to put it. Plus, I can used it for my pc gaming.

My budget is around $350
