the way he listed it, yes...
1mb = 100KB give or take
I have 4mb cable so I DL at ~400KBS
1 byte = 8 bits + start and stop bit, so to convert megabits to kilobytes, multiply by 100.

That sucks that you pay $80 a month for internet. I have Surewest and its 10mbps/10mbps for $50 a month, ohhhh so fast.
