My step-father was one step away from getting that arcade machine for 60 bucks a few days ago, fully functional. :-(

I think the price drop is universal. The game was reprinted, and they had the pre-order for $22 at bestprices.com a few days ago.

apparently the game has been reprinted, so this likely a universal price drop, as other retailers are now selling it for $20. in any case, the backorders should be filled as more stock comes in. I'm hoping Best Buy stocks it so I can pick it up for $15 using the GGC.

I passed on this at a used book store for $11. Sega couldn't get the Sega CD emulation working properly, so they didn't include Sonic CD at the last minute. That just throws it all off for me, especially considering that I already own all the other games for my real Genesis.

Seems like it could be a reprint/re-release considering both SoA Legends and HoTD 3 were hard to find and now came back at $20, and Sonic Mega Collection was hard to find and is now $20 at 2 stores.
