Just got a new monitor a Xerox 19' XG-91D this is a great monitor and hasn't given me a problem so far but there is one problem. I was watching a movie yesterday and decided to full screen it and see how the picture would look like then when I full screened the movie the picture came in real blurry and I could hardly make out the picture. I exited full screen and the screen was fine. Now this has never happened to any of monitors before and was wondering if anyone could help me fix this problem or if anyone experiened this same problem

IT might be the player you're using, and was it a DVD?

Your probably just watching a low res file. If it looked better on a smaller monitor, you're probably running in a higher resolution now than before. I don't think theres a problem with your monitor.

yeah right now i have the refresh rate at 75 hertz and i'm thinking of just disconnecting my other monitor and dropping the refresh rate and see if thats affecting my new monitor in any way. I think I might have to update my drivers but i'm not sure yet

Never lower the refresh rate, higher is better. You should have it at 85hz if possible. Lower refresh rates will strain your eyes, and will make the picture worse.

dafoomie is right, its prob just a low res vid file. A good test would be to watch a dvd on it.
