A Sega Saturn that plays Saturn game and Genesis carts?

That's what I thought too first but when I consulted the emulation experts they said it's used as a RAM cart port... nothing special... :(

No, it's just a Saturn. The earlier versions had lights that blinked when the cd was being accessed. I'll let you figure out why anyone would care about that. ;)

It's just an older model of the Sega Saturn. The cart slot doesn't play Genesis games. The newer one looks like this:

I don't think there's much difference beyond the buttons. I have a less-than-perfectly working newer one, and an older one, like that one.
