how much are they worth? are they rare?

I'd hardly compare it with the Halo 2 LE which had over 1 million printed.

The Gamestop REtin has a #'d art cell, of which there are only 48,000

My personal opinion is that the tin is worth $10 itself... It's a pretty badass tin. It does, however, totally ruin continuity if you try to place it within a library of games (no spine that you can read, either).
