Well that's a third party cable.. those go for like $5 shipped on ebay... How about a 1st party cable?

I don't think Sega ever released an official S-Video cable in the US, and the Japanese one might be hard to find, if it exists at all. You might have to go with 3rd party after all :(

I got a new third party cable on ebay a few months ago and it's been great. Couldn't have been more than $5 or $6.
