No offense but...a photocopy of the guide? WTF?

a photocopy of the guide?

Is it legal to auction off a photocopy of copyrighted print material?

I don't think so.

Wow, you even copied the GameStop price tag. This is definitely copyright infringement. Better hope that no one reports it.

My bid is placed. If I end up winning it, see if you can save some postage by removed the "sweet" guide.

I think I'm covered because I'm not selling the guide.

It is just a "bonus".

I thought it was a cool little addition . . . apparently I don't know anything :dunce:

Thanks for the bid . . . reduced shipping especially if you don't want the guide.

Bonuses of that nature aren't allowed on Ebay. Imagine giving a buyer a "bonus" of 20 game back ups if they buy a cookie from you for $40.

my local swapmeet have it for $15 factory sealed. I pass it several times. I bet the game is still there. I even bargain the Korean Guy to drop it to $5, but he said "$10 and you have to buy another game worth $20 or higher. I was "WTF, nah it cool, and left.

I have 3 copies . . . bought one (GH) for $10 at Gamecrazy (I had $5 in credit that was expiring).

Another (non-GH) came in a trade lot.

3rd was at Blockbuster for $5.99 (non-GH mint)

The guide was $1.99 at GS (too lazy to remove that tag :-)

When this one closes, I'll relist for another set. And I'll probably auction off the original guide eventually.

I've got to make a few bucks to justify the other stuff I buy.

Sold for $15 . . . not bad . . . had some hope for $20 . . . but $10 was also possible.

Would be higher near Halloween or when SH 4 came out.
