Yeah, he figured it might be time to dump them. It actually works out well, because we are in the process of biying up arcade machines. We plan to start up an arcade sometime in the future, prolly 3 years or so when he is out of college. We already have 11 machines, including 2 4-slot Neo Geos, and 3, count em' 3 Playchoice 10s.

2 is sealed, while 3 is complete and mint, save for a Blockbuster sticker.

Where do you buy the machines/for how much? And where are you going to try to open? I want to buy a Neo Geo arcade machine for my house eventually, and also I want a light gun machine and a DDR solo machine or a Pump machine. Though I doubt it'll never happen

We just find them around Tulsa. For example, our most recent Playchoice 10 had been sitting in a skate shop for years. The owner hadn't paid the taxes on it for 8 years. My friend talked him out of it for 600ish, but this included all the carts that were in there, including Mario Open Course, Yo! Noid, Double Dragon, Dr. Mario, Mario 3, and Mega Man 3. We are planning on opening up right here in Tulsa, in a larger location. Our current business plan is to give prizes for high scores rather than tickets (You got 50,000 in Double Dragon!?), have a trade-on desk where people can trade for cash, credit, or tokens, and to also have a stage for local bands to play on. There's a little warehouse type place called the Pinkeye near my house that is raking in the cash as just a venue for local bands, so we really think this could work.

I'm amazed people are willing to pay so much for a blockbuster copy
But that sealed X2 is impressive and if I was amazingly rich I'd bid on it.

Thanks man. We have 3 dedicated gamers raised on NES and arcades working on this thing, so we're hoping for the best.

Well it is 3, much much more difficult to find. I've owned 2 on 2 occasions yet I've only seen 3 once and that was at blockbuster when it first came out.

Yep, it was announced a week ago I think. There is a thread on it somewhere around here. Better yet just go check on gamespot.

they better port the Saturn version of X3. If they do not, it will suck (Saturn has an animated intro, and animated boss intro's for each stage as well) because even though the Saturn version has black bars, the new ports more than likely will as well

Yeah the Saturn version would probably be a better port but honestly I'd be happy with anything at this point. I don't want to shell out $90 just to play X3 again.

3 is not complete, it is missing the instructions.
