Nintendo PIN numbers

I don't have PINs for Mario Kart or Zelda: Four Swords and I'm trying to determine how much effort I should put into trying to get some. When was the last time Nintendo ran a "if you have five games registered you get this" promotion? I know they gave away Zelda: Collector's and Metroid 2 demo under this deal.

I think nothing is new since then. I signed up 5 games and a gamecube last week and the Metroid 2 bonus disc was still the ongoing promotion.

I have a PIN to Pikmin 2 and if anyone wants to trade with me I'd be glad to do it. I'm really looking for one to Mario Golf since I bought mine used minus the PIN.

you might have some luck asking a gs/eb employee if you can have the little code form from one of their used mario golf games.
