Don't forget that feminine looking guys are all the rage in Japan. Don't ask me why tho. Must be a cultural thing.

Yeah, now that they're getting bored with their black hair and bleeching it, or whatever you do to make it blonde, that could easily be a Japanese dude, which is my guess.
