I got the TRU double-pack as part of their GCN deal and they were both Player's Choice.

When I'm looking for a non-GH/PC/PH copy of an old game, I try places that wouldn't be my first choice for buying videogames, places that don't turn over inventory a lot: K-Mart, KB Toys, Wal-mart, etc. For example, I saw a non-PC Super Monkey Ball 2 at Wal-mart a while back and a non-GH Ratchet & Clank (the first one) at K-Mart the other day. Places not to try: EB, Gamestop, CC, BB; they turn over their inventory too quickly.
Hmm I got orginal Kirby and Mario Golf at EB. Local CC still have orginal SMBM.

This is also totally in the wrong forum. "Request a Cheap Ass Deal" or "Cheap Ass Trading" is where you wanna go.
I thought this was Mario too!
