Ok, so I rented the game yesterday and gave it a quick spin. I read all these GREAT reviews for it...getting 8.0's or higher.

Anyways, I thoguht the game is just average. The gameplay seems decent, but the futuristic weapons are kinda lame. I guess it'll be compared to Halo 2.

So, in comparison to Halo2:
- Controls are not as good
- Weapons are not as good

I played LIVE for a bit, I honestly thought it played a bit like GoldenEye. Maybe a little TOO stiff or something.

It was ok, not a $50 purchase....glad I passed on the Pre-Order.

Ah well, I had sort of been looking forward to this one.

I bet if they had "Snowblind" by Black Sabbath on the soundtrack, the game would have HAD to rock out hard.

Well, I would at least say rent it....some may like the futuristic aspect of the game more than me.....and of course, I only played it a short amount of time. I didn't even get any vehicles yet. There are a few gimmicky items, like being able to hack into robots and crap like that.

I rent MVP 2005, so I was playing that more....trying to decide what baseball game I want.

I rented it and it is an average game...but the thing that sets it apart from other shooters is the pacing. The pacing of the game is way better than any other shooter out there now. This game is a must-buy once the price drops a couple of dollars.

I was a beta tester. It's piss poor.
