She could have assigned a Jounin to the group but she decide to keep them on their current missions. I mean what could be more important than keeping the Sharingan from falling into the hands of Orochimaru?

Yes, I know Naruto is a kids show...but I'm sure if you think about it you know what I mean....

I don't think this show is going to be half as butchered as a lot of you people think. First point: This is the same group who does Inuyasha, and for the most part, upon seeing subbed Inuyasha, they really do for the most part bring everything over. The only main difference I even picked up is the EXTENT of what Inuyasha and Kouga insult each other with. Where in Japan they're more "WOLF-PISS" and "DOG-CRAP!", the American one seemed to bring this down a notch. Second point: Yeah, it's going to be on Toonami...BUT, Rurouni Kenshin is on Toonami also, and that isn't completely butchered either. Yeah, there's more cuts on Kenshin, but still, there's a lot of blood left in, and all of the violence is still there pretty much from what I've seen between dubbed and subbed Kenshin. So overall, I'm really not too too worried about Naruto being brought over here. The only thing I hope isn't screwed up is the voice actors. I'm still not use to some of the American VA's for Fullmetal. I really do not like Armstrong's voice in the American dub.

Something I thought would be a good idea for this Naruto thread and future Naruto threads is if we have like an official CAG Narutoplus account. That way everybody can stay current on the anime and manga. For $4 we get about 5 gigs. We'd have enough bandwidth to acommodate one episode dl for 20 people. Between 20 people I'm sure it wouldn't that much of a hassle to raise $4.

But don't forget, he wanted to save switching bodies until he got Sasuke. So, I think he wanted Tsunade to fix his arms instead of just changing bodies, as he is now unable to make a body switch for I think 3 years. So, it was a much more viable option to just have Tsunade heal his arms as opposed to switching bodies. He didn't really WANT to switch bodies with the random prisoner, but he was left with no choice as he didn't have Sasuke and his arms were killing him. So I think he did regain the use of his arms.

I seriously don't see why there's any love in people for Sasuke. He just became way too angsty and whiny for me. He used to be one of my favorite characters, but he seriosuly dropped down as the show went on. Lee, on the other hand, has gone up a lot after playing Naruto 3. I seriously rape people now with him, especially when I open up two gates. But we probably don't wanna get into this arguement again dc, since it never seems to end well. :wink:

We definitely need to make a rule about not using Akamaru with my friends. My one friend is rather good with him, plus no one can hit him. It's almost like the new rule we'll need called "Karsh can't be Rock Lee", since all I do is beat them up till I can open up the two gates, then hide in the corner and just use Ura Renge on anyone who's still left. They're always like "Oh no....He chose Lee......"

There's action, and a lot of it, but it never overpowers the story. That seems to happen with Naruto at times. I still love Naruto, but it'll never unseat FMA as my favorite show. Yeah I know, I caved and read the manga a while ago. I cant wait to see it all animated, its goin to be tight. On a side note, I am wondering if anyone has either read/or watched Berserk. The anime is only 25 eps, but its really good, and the anime is twisted but still good in my opinion.

Well, almost all shonen anime have the same archtypes that need filling in. The spunky lead, the angsty bitch, the perverted older man, etc. It all depends on the writing if the series is gonna be any good.

it's going to suck on American TV. It's going to be on Toonami. All blood, crusing, and alcohol will be cut. Those are integral to the story. Only good thing is liscenced games, and un-cut DVDs.

If Naruto, however, gets placed in an earlier timeslot, it'll be cut to all hell.

Yeah, I don't know how/why Zabuza was in the preview for 126, but I do know why there's a younger Kimimaro. I'm positive it's a flashback to when Kimimaro was younger (duh!) and his clan was still alive. I forget the details, but I do know that Kimimaro's (bloodline limit) clan was wiped out, and he was the only one left. Although he was the most talented (much how Neji is with the Hyuuga clan), he has a disease. That disease will soon be shown when he fights with Gaara...

I actually favor Kankurou moreso than Temari and Gaara. He's one of the top-tier characters in Naruto 3 for the GameCube...

I actually prefer to use Temari right now, cause I can't be bothered learning how to play with Kankurou yet. I enjoy Temari's stupid A, A, A combo that will fill her chakra bar to full if it hits. That move is just sick. Plus I love her finishing move, since it includes the most badass part of it, when they fall back down onto her fan.

I know that the worst, cause you get on such a streak of reading and watching so much and you have to deal with it being at a snail's pace now. Might I suggest trying to read a new manga to pass the time and keep yourself occupied. I read Berserk, but unfortunately, I am caught up with that as well.

On a side note, the fourth is no longer around in Naruto's world's plane of existense, but 9 tails is def around and can do serious damage.
