I tried it recently because I wanted to search FastTrack for something. You can remove the adware it installs without ruining the program itself, but I still had issues. You'd be better off with Shareaza.

LimeWire all the way. I had Shareaza, but it had a serious lack of certain music files. I simply could not find them. On the other hand, LimeWire serves all files up with a side of glazed carrots.

Clean Imesh 4.0 is what i use. No spyware at all And I have never had a problem wtih finding what I'm looking for.
