Meanwhile, I believe this official site has all of them online, with optional commentary:

right there. i just tivoed the whole series last night. episode 13, the one where mace windu goes all badass and desroys everything is better than the movies. im just wondering why they dont send him on every attack. he can obviously take on everyone and win. i mean, how cool was it when he ulled the rivets out of the robot, then used said rivets as bullets to shoot at the reest. that was so cool.

I'm so ready for Ep3 it is ridiculous. I'm in a star wars mood right now and desire everything star wars.

I'm off to make my own lightsaber...

I've been downloading the cartoons as they've been released...

People who subscribe to the Hyperspace section of the StarWars.Com site get nice high-resolution versions of the cartoon. They're meant to be streamed.

Fortunately for us, though, the cartoons are stored on a publicly accessible AOL server and can be downloaded - not streamed - without any type of login or identification at all.

And before I get ripped into...I'm planning on buying the DVD as soon as it's released. I may be pirating, but they'll get their money as soon as the DVD comes out. :D

off topic, but by that same logic, do you think it would be acceptable for me to download kill bill volume 1 off kazaa or something? i payed to see the first movie in theaters, and will pre-order the double pack when it comes out, i just want a refresher course before vol.2 comes out.[/flame shield]

I know...it's crappy logic on my part. I know that what I've been doing is illegal; I don't feel at all bad about it, though. Lucas has gotten enough of my money over the 17 years of my life - the games, the action figures, the videos and DVDs - and he'll continue to get more of it.

It would be unethical and illegal to download Kill Bill from Kazaa.

It is one thing when the company of orgin provides the media for streaming or downloading, it is another when someone pirates the movie and then posts it for downloading.

What sucks is that the first dvd seems to only be the first 10 episodes which equals about 20 min.

They need to release 20 episodes at least.

Are you sure? I remember that the original announcement of the DVD specifically said that all 20 episodes would be on the disc...

At amazon it says "season 1, 2003". And since the eps 11-20 are being shown in 2004 I figure that is season 2 right?

Well, it wasn't that much of a revolution to me. I mean, there had been anime done like Samurai Jack. But it is the first like that to be made in that style and to originate from America.

To me, the revolution is in the philosophy. The honorable traits Jack has and the struggle of good over evil. You really don't see this in any cartoons from yesterday or today. It's kinda like cartoon Kung-Fu for kids.

So will it have both seasons?

If it only has 10 measly eps it better not go for more than $10 !

i would hope it would have all 20. about a month ago, the amazon listing said season 1. now it just says 2003. both seasons were made in 03, but they were shown in different years. it would be wisest to put them in one pack. but lucas loves his money.

I would not pay more than 5 dollars for 50 minutes worth of video.

if you stuck them all in one package with the additional episodes that were rumored to come out then I would pay 15-20 for it
